    Formerly positioned at Sun Microsystems, as a help desk technician for four years.

    servers, software, hardware, and administrative requests. Volunteer for a special team of
    individuals assisting users who needed immediate assistance or customer service.

    While recently training over 800 technical support positions in one year for GTE
    Internetworking, provided extensive service to Teletech Call center as the successful
